We want you to be satisfied with ClickForge. If the software does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
How to request a refund
Send an email with:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order or transaction number.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We may ask for additional information to locate the transaction or help resolve a technical problem.
Refund eligibility
A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. Once approved:
- The corresponding ClickForge license will be deactivated.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Purchases made through a third-party store or payment platform may also be subject to that provider’s refund procedures.
Technical problems
If you experience a technical or compatibility issue, please contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve it. If the problem cannot be resolved and the request is submitted within the refund period, you may receive a full refund.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied when:
- The request is submitted after the applicable refund period.
- The purchase cannot be identified or verified.
- There is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or unauthorized license use.
- The license was purchased from another seller or platform and must be refunded through that provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
