These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PerfectFlow – Stress Relief mobile application, website, content, features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PerfectFlow provides wellness and relaxation content, which may include guided meditations, affirmations, breathing exercises, reminders, and other tools intended to support general well-being.

Features and content may change, be updated, or be discontinued over time.

2. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

PerfectFlow is provided for general wellness, relaxation, and informational purposes only.

The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other professional healthcare advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not replace care from a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

You are responsible for determining whether the exercises and content offered through the Service are appropriate for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Free and Premium Features

PerfectFlow may offer both free and paid features. The content and functionality included in each plan will be displayed in the application before purchase.

Premium access may be offered through:

• A monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• An annual auto-renewing subscription.
• A one-time Lifetime purchase.

Availability, pricing, currencies, promotions, trials, and included features may vary by platform, country, and account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are processed by the platform through which you make the purchase, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

The price, billing period, and applicable taxes will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, an auto-renewing subscription will renew automatically, and your selected payment method will be charged at the price presented by the applicable store.

Subscription prices may change. When required, the applicable store will provide advance notice or request your consent before a price change takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the account settings of the store where you purchased it.

Deleting the application does not cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, premium access generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law or the platform’s policies.

7. Trials and Promotional Offers

PerfectFlow may offer free trials, introductory prices, or promotional offers to eligible users.

The duration, eligibility requirements, renewal price, and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase. Unless canceled before a trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

8. Lifetime Purchase

A Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides access to the PerfectFlow premium features identified at the time of purchase for as long as the Service remains available and supported.

“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Service and does not guarantee that the Service, every feature, or every piece of content will remain available indefinitely.

A Lifetime purchase is personal, non-transferable, and associated with the store account used to complete the purchase.

9. Restoring Purchases

Eligible purchases may be restored using the “Restore Purchases” function while signed in to the same store account used for the original transaction.

Restoration is subject to validation by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the applicable payment platform.

10. Refunds

Purchases and refunds are generally handled by the platform through which the transaction was completed and are subject to that platform’s refund policies and applicable law.

PerfectFlow does not independently control approval of refunds processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

11. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

PerfectFlow and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, designs, graphics, audio, text, branding, and other content.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Service unless expressly authorized in writing.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass payment, subscription, or access controls.
• Share, resell, or transfer premium access.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Copy or redistribute protected content without authorization.
• Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party platforms and services, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. PerfectFlow is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific wellness, health, emotional, or personal outcomes from using the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PerfectFlow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraud, or create a security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use or deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
