PerfectFlow is a relaxation, breathing, and emotional wellness app.

  • App usage data: breathing sessions, selected techniques, streak/progress, reminders, language, background and sound preferences.
  • Device and diagnostic data: app version, device type, crash/error logs, and basic performance info.
  • Optional feedback data: ratings, support messages, or forms you submit.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health records or payment card data inside the app.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to:

  • Provide sign-in and account access.
  • Personalize your experience (language, themes, sounds, reminders).
  • Save session progress and streaks.
  • Improve stability, performance, and product quality.
  • Send local reminder notifications you enable.

3. Legal Basis / Consent

By using PerfectFlow, you consent to this data processing as described.
You can stop using the app at any time and request data deletion (see Contact section).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, such as:

  • Firebase (Google) for authentication and backend services.
  • Crash/analytics or infrastructure providers, if enabled in the app.

These providers process data under their own terms and security controls.

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and improve the app, or as required by law.
You may request deletion of your account-related data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
However, no system is 100% secure.

PerfectFlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
If we learn we collected personal data from a child without proper consent, we will delete it.
